Paula leads the Technical Services and Operations organization at Imagine Technologies. She is responsible for Systems Engineering, Project Management and day 2 support of Imagine solution deployment and support offerings.
Prior to joining Imagine, she held various titles in Presales Engineering Management, Services and Product Management and Application Consulting with Avaya / Lucent, Expanets and Executone, receiving Sales achievement awards during multiple years, including Presidents Award, Diamond Club, and Manager of the Quarter.
She has spent the majority of her 20 plus years in telecommunications building best in class engineering teams to support leading edge communication solutions.
